This extended exhibition showcases additional works from DAF’s collection, honoring the legacies of 30 pioneering women artists from the Arab world born between 1905 and 1948. Celebrated not only for their artistic contributions but also for their roles as educators and political activists, many were key figures in modernist art movements. Archival materials and biographical narratives provide deeper insight into their influential practices and enduring impact.
