Ayp to Zed Art Academy proudly announces the opening of its 20th Anniversary Collective Exhibition, celebrating two decades of artistic dedication, education, and community engagement. Founded by siblings Maral and Jirar Panossian, both accomplished artists and educators, the academy has become a cornerstone of artistic development, nurturing generations of children, youth, and adults through rigorous training and the encouragement of personal expression. The exhibition will feature the work of 46 graduates out of the 89 who completed their studies over the past 20 years, reflecting the academy’s creative journey. Each participating graduate-artist will present two pieces inspired by two distinctive themes: Maral Panossian’s theme explores feminism, womanhood, and love in its many forms—romantic, platonic, spiritual, and love for nature—reflecting deeply personal and emotional perspectives. The subjects proposed by Jirar Panossian draw inspiration from poetry, as well as from music and other forms of art. His second theme invites artists to envision and portray their future studio—or to create a beautiful floral composition—guided by their own imagination. This collective showcase is both a tribute to the academy’s legacy and a testament to its role as a space for meaningful artistic dialogue and mentorship. For the past 20 years, Ayp to Zed has provided a platform where creativity has flourished and artistic voices have been cultivated.
