Atassi Foundation and ArtScoops are delighted to announce the launch of the first Contemporary Syrian Art Auction, which runs from 6 to 12 October.

With an ongoing global pandemic, cancelled exhibitions and shuttered galleries and museums amongst ever-increasing economic hardship, never has it been more important to engage with the Syrian art community and support its artists. The Contemporary Syrian Art Auction brings together artists across generations, both in the country and the diaspora for the purpose of creating a Syrian art scene despite the geographical distances that separate all.
