To further explore Rizk’s influence and the crucial role of women in shaping Beirut’s modern art scene, a round

table discussion titled "Women Shaping Art: The Legacy of Yole Rizk and Beirut’s Pioneering Gallery Delta

International Art Center" will take place on Friday, March 7, at 3 PM at Dar El-Nimer. Moderated by Nada

Boulos Al Assaad, the discussion will feature panellists Georges Boustani, Carla Chammas, Karina Helou, and

Saleh Barakat, offering insights into Rizk’s contributions, the history of Delta International Art Center, and the

artists it championed.

This event will explore Delta International Art Center’s influence on Beirut’s cultural landscape, tracing the

artistic movements it nurtured and the lasting impact of its featured artists. It also celebrates Rizk’s vision in

championing modern art, fostering cross-cultural dialogue, and supporting artists in Lebanon and beyond.
