There are countless reasons to be angry — especially as a woman. In "On Anger", award-nominated dancer Sahra Huby unleashes a fearless solo performance that explores rage as a deeply physical, emotional, and political force.
Set within a striking visual installation, with bold projections and powerful electronic music, this performance transforms the stage into a space of protest, resistance, and release. Huby stomps, gasps, strikes, screams — confronting the audience with the raw vocabulary of rage and resistance, referencing figures from Medea to Greta Thunberg.
Directed and choreographed by Anna Konjetzky, this acclaimed work deconstructs clichés of the “angry woman” and reclaims rage as a source of strength and transformation. Anger is not just a feeling — it’s a force for change.
Energetic, poetic, and unflinchingly honest, "On Anger" is a 75-minute journey through the many layers of anger, ending in a surprising moment of release and freedom.
