On The Official Lebanese Top 20 this week, we want to congratulate English singer-songwriters Ed Sheeran and Elton John for scoring this year’s Christmas Number 1 on OLT20 with their version of “Merry Christmas”. "Merry Christmas" also reached Number 1 on the UK Singles Chart, becoming Sheeran's twelfth chart-topper in England, and John's ninth number-one single in the country. It also topped the charts in Ireland, the Netherlands and Switzerland..

The song is heavily played by most of the local and regional Radio Stations, TV Networks, and the Digital world combined. The public response has so far been great!..

On this 52nd Chart of the year we have 3 New Entries. The highest one comes in straight to Number 17 from Lebanese singer Abeer Nehme with “El Meelad El Jayi” a great Xmas song, followed by Nassif Zeytoun with “Aal Sarii” coming in at Number 19, and by Lebanese singer Bashaar Al Jawad at Number 20 with “3eesh El Dini”.
