GRWM (Get Ready With Me) is a sculptural exploration of what it means to prepare in uncertain times. The works—fragile weapons, soft armors, and immersive installations—recast the ritual of “getting ready” from social media performance into a physical, collective practice. Visitors step into a space that resembles a warrior’s wardrobe, where readiness becomes a shared act of resilience and transformation.

About the artist:

Abir Kobeissi is a Lebanese visual artist whose practice spans sculpture, installation, and painting. Her work examines social, political, and economic narratives through rigorously crafted materials—from ceramics and glass to textiles and metal. She studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Lebanese University and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich, where she currently lives and works. Alongside her independent practice, she collaborates with Professor Alexandra Pirici and is establishing Ferdaus, a new art residency in Beirut.
