A lecture performance by Batoul Faour detailing the broader history and personal research behind the work of our current exhibition The Bunker, The Barracks, and The Base - featuring a selection of videos, images, local and foreign archives ­­pertaining to the Khiam-Marjayoun valley, its sites of study, and its connection to Palestine.

Batoul Faourreflects on the recurring geopolitical realities that impact life in South Lebanon, the intimacy of living at this borderland, and the ways in which both architecture and the landscape embody these politics.
