Across cultures, altars have been spaces of offering, remembrance, and transformation. In this exhibition, Zard reimagines the altar for our fractured present, assembling pigment, bronze, and painting into temporary architectures that hold grief, beauty, and resistance.

Installed among Villa Audi’s Greco-Roman mosaics and carved stones, the works unfold in three interconnected stations:
• Veins of Ascent
• Cartographies of the In-Between 
• The Bells After the Fire 

ALTARS is an invitation to presence and reflection, where the visible and invisible meet.
