Hady follows his grandmother Henriette as she ages and crosses the centenarian milestone to reach 104 years. He witnesses the transformation of her memory, her emigration from Lebanon to Brazil and the stories of love, children and suspended time. 104 Wrinkles is a journey about ageing, memory and life. 

Hady Zaccak, was born in 1974 in Beirut. He studied at the Institut d’Etudes Scéniques, Audiovisuelles et Cinématographiques, Saint-Joseph University.
He obtained degrees in Audiovisual Studies (1997) and Cinema Studies (2001).

He participated in film directing, editing, production workshops. 
Between 1995 and 1996, he wrote a book on the global history of Lebanese Cinema under the title.“Le cinéma libanais: itinéraire d’un cinéma vers l’inconnu (1929-1996)”.
Since 1997, Zaccak has written and directed more than 20 short films and documentaries and these were screened in manyl film festivals worldwide.
In addition to his work as a filmmaker, Zaccak has been teaching film directing, history of cinema and film genres at Université Saint Joseph since 1998.

The film is followed by a Q&A with the director.

This screening is in partnership with Nadi Lekol Nas and part of the public program of the exhibition “Alcântara: The Travels of Dom Pedro II to the Arab World in 1871 and 1876” organised by Embassy of Brazil in Lebanon.
