The Faculty of Sport Sciences (FSS) at Antonine University (UA) is bringing the Lebanese Mountain Day to Ehden — three exhilarating days of sports, culture, and adventure in one of Lebanon’s most stunning natural settings.

This national event is organized in partnership with the Municipality of Zgharta–Ehden, the main host, and in collaboration with Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University (France). It also brings together key partners, including:
