A Dance and Movement Cycle proposed by Stephanie Estephan and addressed to ladies! Participants will treat their bodies and souls by moving, dancing, exploring, learning, playing, chatting, and laughing together to drum beats. The sessions will be based on traditional and afro-contemporary dance, where the 4 elements will be explored through one's center: breath, gravity, weight, release and fluidity. There will be moments to dance, to be free, and to discover the power of one's own body.
