“She” and “He” meet in her secluded house, set in a dystopian city. Almost unreal, they exist as living metaphors of two drifting figures moving through time and memory, inhabiting a dreamlike world of their own creation.

Their home becomes a breathing organism, resonating with echoes of the city’s unrest and fragments of fading memories. Haunted by the past and visited by a mysterious, shape-shifting creature both human and non-human they navigate a fragile balance between affection and alienation, humour and despair. Their love story unfolds as a metaphor for survival in a city that breathes with them and through them. Between tenderness and absurdity, Something Like Love transforms memory and longing into a poetic reflection on what it means to love amid ruins.
