12 emerging artists are putting the body at the core of storytelling. Sharing with the audience their personal beliefs and causes they fight for while living in Beirut. Through contemporary dance and physical theater, these artists will express their hardships or inspirations. 

BeiRoot Bodies is a 3 months training program of physical theater ending with a performance directed by Beirut Physical Lab. Each participant will perform a scene of their own creation weaved by choregraphies from BPL’s production. 

BeiRoot Bodies is a safe space for participants to explore body movement and discover the physical aspects of some memories and stories, in search for authentic and local movements. 

Beirut Physical Lab (BPL) is a hub for movement-based art and exploration. A focal point for local and international artists to connect, exchange, and work together.
